Orange Tax Services (OTS) always respects the privacy of website visitors.
Any personal information you give us through via this website will only be used for contact purposes or towards the resolution of your issues. We may also use it to let you know of any news regarding your area of interest – however, you can ask us to stop doing this at any time if you prefer.
No personal data is given to third parties unless required by law.
Our website software can improve functionality based on what kind of browser or operating system you are using, for example. This information is submitted on each visit you make to any website.
Our individual Privacy policy does not concern any personal data obtained through other external websites.
Cookies are no more than small text files stored on your device when you visit websites. Their function is to enhance the functionality of the website. They can also be used to send information to whoever runs the website.
Roughly half of the cookies on the website of Orange Tax Services result from the use of Google Analytics, which collects visitor data in an anonymous way so it cannot be used to identify an individual. Typical information includes how many people are visiting the site, where they came from and the pages they visit. This cumulated information helps us plan the website functionality and target areas of visitor interest for future development.
Cookies from social media sites themselves are used to make sure our social media links work properly. For more information on these cookies, please consult the relevant website pages on the social media concerned.
OTS is entitled to change or modify our Privacy and Cookie policies when necessary so please check this page from time to time for updates.
For deeper coverage of various Dutch tax topics, download one of our White Papers from the menu.
The Annual Income Statement (AIS) is a document stating your annual income, income tax deducted and any applied credits. Your employer will issue it early in the year after the year of the tax return.
Please also give details of benefits with the AIS from the UWV.
NB Salary slips are not the same as an AIS. If you cannot obtain your AIS, we can use your salary slips but these may not be accurate and may be updated by the figures given to the Tax Office by your employer.
If you have foreign income, send us the AIS for this if possible. Otherwise provide salary slips. We also need to know if the work was performed abroad or remotely from NL.
